The importance of BELIEF!

There were two young boys playing around in an old tree house. It was a stormy day, but the boys didn't care for a bit of rain. All of a sudden a bolt of lightning struck the tree, a huge branch falls directly on top of the tree house causing the tree house and huge branches to fall to the ground. One of the boys stands up and sees his friends trapped under all of the thick broken wood and branches. Rain pouring down, he notices his friends is bleeding. What does he do? He starts frantically throwing away bits of tree and wood to get to his friend so he could save him. He's moving branches bigger than himself, pushing them to the side, and eventually lifts his friend up. When the paramedics, parents and the neighbors arrive, everyone is left there puzzled, all saying "How did this little, young, scrawny child lift up all these heavy bits of wood?". One old man stood up and said, "He was able to do it because, HE BELIEVED! There was no-one there, to say he couldn't!".

I have started today's short post of with this story because I want you to understand THE IMPORTANCE OF BELIEF!

Unfortunately, too many of us live life with so much doubt, with so little confidence and with so little belief. Why? I refuse to understand. You can have ANYTHING you want. Fact! Let me say it again, you can have ANYTHING you want. Now some of you may be reading this saying, "oh it's easy for you to say, you don't know what I'm going through". True, I don't know what you're going through, BUT, nor do those who say you can't do something! Just because someone doubts you, says negative things towards you, it does not mean they are right. This leads me onto my next point...

Stop listening to others who say you can't do this, you will never do that. Stop surrounding yourself with negativity, and start believing in yourself. Why was the little boy able to save his friend? Because he believed he could and there was no-one there to cast doubt upon him. The same goes for you and reaching your goals, if you surround yourself with positive, successful people, you will be successful!

When you're going through a rough patch in life and are faced with setbacks that just make you want to give up, the only person who can help you overcome this is yourself! When you believe you can, you will. You're so much stronger than you think. You are capable of so much. Your possibilities are endless. The sky is your limit. Now to finish this off, I'll leave you with a quote;

"There is nothing more powerful, than a made up mind!"

Believe it, and you will achieve it!
