Personal training...

People often assume personal training is all about charging people a hell of a lot of money to stand and bark instructions. It's also (sadly) often seen as a last resort for people when all other career paths fall through. And in some cases it's seen as a way for men with huge egos to flirt with mass amounts of women.

Unfortunately, these are all typical stereotypes of the industry I work in, but it couldn't be any further from the truth.

There's a lot more to personal training than you think!

If you're a trainer like me, then you want your clients to see results, results that will stay with them for life. I want to be able to train them, yet educate them so that they will be able to carry out their own workouts in their own time. And at the end of the day I want clients to be happy, get results that are safe and most importantly get them living healthier lives!

But personal training isn't always about bikini models & shredded abs. Sometimes it's about lowering someone's blood pressure, sometimes it's about building up a persons confidence, or sometimes it's about making somebody's lifestyle a lot healthier & easier.



These are things you can't just get a picture of and post them online, but these are things that will mean a huge deal to those clients.

Regardless of your goal, it can be done in a safe manor, It can be done without someone screaming and shouting in your ear & it certainly can be done without deteriorating your health!

Our health is something we often overlook on the path to a better figure, but without health, it will never last. Don't take your health for granted - It should be your number one priority!
